About us

ASACT

Short for A SMALL ACT, is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming compassion into meaningful action. We believe that even the smallest act of kindness has the power to change lives, strengthen communities, and inspire hope for generations to come.

Founded on October 21, 2024 by husband and wife Jean R. Dol and Noadia N. Saint Louis, ASACT was officially incorporated through the Virginia State Corporation Commission on October 5, 2025, and later recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3).

Our organization was born from a shared vision to create opportunities where they are needed most. What began as a simple desire to help others has grown into a mission focused on education, humanitarian assistance, sustainable community development, and strategic partnerships that improve lives.

We believe extraordinary transformation often begins with an ordinary act of generosity. A scholarship can change a child’s future. A meal can restore hope. A volunteer’s time can strengthen a family. A single donation can create opportunities that last for generations. These simple acts, multiplied through collective effort, become the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

ASACT partners with volunteers, churches, businesses, schools, donors, and community organizations to address real needs through practical, sustainable solutions. Whether expanding educational opportunities, responding to humanitarian crises, supporting vulnerable families, or investing in community development, our goal is to create measurable impact that extends well beyond today.

As a recognized tax-exempt nonprofit organization, we are committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship. Every contribution entrusted to ASACT is carefully managed to maximize its impact and advance our mission with excellence.

Our name is more than an acronym, it is our philosophy. A SMALL ACT reminds us that lasting change begins with simple acts of compassion. Every volunteer who serves, every partner who collaborates, and every donor who gives becomes part of something greater than themselves. Together, those small acts restore dignity, create opportunity, and transform lives.

Our Mission

To empower individuals and strengthen communities through education, humanitarian initiatives, sustainable development, and collaborative partnerships that create lasting, measurable impact.

Our Vision

To build a world where compassion inspires action, opportunities are accessible to everyone, and every community has the resources to thrive with dignity, hope, and purpose.

Our Core Values

Christ-Centered Compassion

Centered on the love and example of Jesus Christ, we extend grace, mercy, and practical care to every person without judgment, believing that genuine compassion reflects God’s heart.

Dignity & Respect

Every individual is created with inherent worth. We honor each person’s value by treating everyone with fairness, respect, and genuine care.

Faith in Action

Our beliefs are demonstrated through meaningful action. Rather than words alone, we respond to needs by creating opportunities, offering support, and making a positive difference.

Community Partnership

Meaningful progress is achieved through collaboration. By working alongside churches, volunteers, businesses, schools, and community organizations, we multiply our ability to create lasting change.

Simplicity with Impact

We believe that even the smallest gesture, offered with love and faith, can inspire hope, open new opportunities, and leave a lasting legacy in the lives of others.

Our Core Belief

We believe no act of kindness is ever too small. Every helping hand, every generous heart, every partnership, and every opportunity to give has the potential to restore hope, empower individuals, and transform communities for generations to come.
